Clean Team Inc. is looking for a dependable Commercial Cleaner to join our team in Beech Grove, Indiana.

This part‑time evening position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule with flexible start times and no weekend work. It's a great opportunity if you're looking for consistent hours and enjoy working on your own.

As a member of the Clean Team, you'll help keep our customer's building clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone who uses it.

Your daily tasks may include:

• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and other areas
• Empty trash and replace trash liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Wipe down and disinfect high‑touch surfaces
• Clean entrances, hallways, and other shared spaces
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Let your supervisor know if supplies are running low or repairs are needed
• Represent Clean Team in a professional manner

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have commercial cleaning or janitorial experience (preferred, but not required)
• Pay attention to details and take pride in your work
• Be able to work independently with little supervision
• Be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform regular cleaning tasks during your shift
