Clean Team Inc. is hiring dependable and hardworking Commercial Cleaners to join our evening team in Indianapolis.

This part-time position is a great fit if you enjoy working on your own, take pride in your work, and like keeping buildings clean and organized. You'll help clean a manufacturing facility so it's safe, clean, and ready for employees each day.

If you're reliable, pay attention to details, and enjoy seeing the results of your work, we'd love to have you on our team.

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Empty trash and replace trash liners
• Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Refill paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Complete your work carefully and on time
• Report maintenance issues or low supplies to your supervisor

To be successful in this role, you should:

• Have commercial cleaning experience (preferred, but not required)
• Be able to work independently with little supervision
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform regular cleaning tasks during your shift
• Be dependable and arrive to work on time
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be willing to complete a criminal background check
• Be willing to complete a drug screening or meet customer requirements if needed
