New Cold is hiring a Maintenance Coordinator to support the site maintenance program using Ultimo CMMS. You will work with the Site Maintenance Manager to develop maintenance plans, track PM tasks, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-moving cold-chain environment.
The role focuses on utilizing 5S principles, reducing downtime, and delivering reliable, safe operations across the site. A degree or technical certs and 2–4 years of related experience are preferred.
