Location: Jasonville
CCI maintains its properties and supports residents across Indiana. As a Maintenance Technician, you will care for equipment, buildings, and grounds, completing scheduled upkeep and repairs to preserve safety and comfort for residents.
Applicants should bring at least 3 years of maintenance experience, basic trades skills, and a willingness to perform a variety of tasks. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and a valid driver’s license, with HVAC certification helpful but not required.
