Hiring janitorial / general cleaners for a team in Avilla, IN to perform the following duties and more...

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, floors, dusting, emptying trashes, base boards, counters, break rooms, and restroom cleaning
• Stocking and re-stocking supplies
• Maintain supply inventory, communicate when more supplies are needed
• Additional tasks as needed
• Open communication with Area Managers and office staff regarding any concerns, supply ordering, complaints, etc.

Requirements:

• Must pass criminal background check (Acceptable criminal background, no theft)
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs routinely 4+ hours (each shift).
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, squat, push and pull for 4+ hours (each shift).
• Willingness and desire to learn new and more efficient cleaning processes, this may include learning about and being trained on new types of equipment or different cleaning methods, etc)
• Be proactive
• Enjoys moving around and physical activity
