Position Overview

Cleaning Technician
- New Palestine shifts available: 5 shifts per week, Mon
- Fri, flexible start times between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm. 40 hours per week. Pay at $14 per hour, increasing to $15 per hour after 90 days, with a one‑time $100 appreciation bonus for eligible employees in good standing and a dependable track record, with no customer complaints.

We pay weekly on Fridays.

Paid employee taxes (we do not hire 1099 contractors).

2 paid 15‑minute breaks and 1 unpaid 30‑minute break per shift.

We offer a competitive pay scale for this type of work.

Room for growth: we are rapidly growing and there is opportunity for advancement such as Supervisors, Area Manager, Floor Techs, etc.

We use a user‑friendly app to track time, show schedules, and help complete jobs. An app also highlights employee gatherings, monthly spotlights, etc.

Hands‑on training with our experienced and friendly trainers.

• Daily floor care such as vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• General cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms, hallways, entryways, etc.
• Trash removal.
• Restocking consumable items such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper.
• Not responsible for carting around supplies; each job is equipped with the right supplies/tools.
