Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor

We're looking for a
Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in their craft, leads with confidence, and thrives in a role where every day brings something new. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting your team, and keeping multiple communities running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide effective leadership, training, and daily direction to multiple locations with a team of maintenance technicians, grounds, and housekeepers.
  • Ensurea preventative maintenance plan is followed, which includes schedules, inspections, and repairs. Ensure that maintenance activities are conducted efficiently, promptly, and in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and potential issues. Develop strategies to address identified problems and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests from residents and property management.
  • Assign tasks to maintenance service team members and ensure the timely completion of service requests.
  • Ensure apartment homes are made ready for upcoming new residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
  • Overseerelationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Obtain competitive bids for services and negotiate contracts. Monitor vendor performance and ensure the quality of work while optimizing costs.
  • Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and ensuring the timely resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Fosterpositive relationships with residents to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Assistin the monitoring of the maintenance and capital budgets. Control expenses, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and maintain accurate records of maintenance‑related expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • EPA certification required, or ability to receive within three months of hire date.
  • CPO certification, or ability to receive within three months of hire date.
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Tech (CAMT) is an advantage.
  • You have 5+ years of proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in multifamily housing.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable.
