Your Competitive Edge- Starting hourly rate of $36.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience, paid biweekly.
- Overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 hours per week.
- This position is classified as FLSA Non-Exempt.

Where You Make Your MarkThe Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief at Jet Access serves as the central point of accountability for assigned aircraft throughout the entire maintenance lifecycle. This role combines deep technical expertise with project leadership, coordinating technicians, parts procurement, quality assurance, and client communication from aircraft arrival through delivery. The Crew Chief ensures every aircraft receives meticulous care while meeting budget, timeline, and quality commitments that protect the trust of aircraft owners and clients alike.
Leadership,Management and Accountability
- Set clear performance expectations for assigned technicians, communicate budget and timeline standards, and hold the team accountable to quality and productivity targets on every project.
- Assign work strategically based on individual technician strengths and developmental needs, balancing workload to optimize project efficiency and team growth.
- Deliver and document hands‑on training to build technical capabilities across the team, providing constructive feedback and mentoring technicians at all experience levels.
- Review technician time entries for accuracy, provide performance input to the Director of Maintenance, and address performance concerns promptly and directly.
- Foster a safe, clean, and organized work environment by maintaining FOD awareness, reinforcing safety protocols, and modeling the professional standards expected of every Team Member.
- Oversee hidden damage inspections and document each aircraft's incoming condition through comprehensive video inspections per company protocols.
- Install aircraft identification systems including red tags, s, and equipment labels, and implement appropriate protection measures during maintenance.
- Provide accurate aircraft times, cycles, and engine data to the inspection department to support proper maintenance planning from day one.
- Execute inventory management protocols, create complete documentation, and secure keys with recorded locations for every incoming aircraft.
