Seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to lead Maintenance & Reliability operations at a manufacturing facility. The role will focus on equipment reliability, plant uptime, TPM, continuous improvement, safety, productivity, and cost reduction.

• Lead the Maintenance & Reliability organization and maintenance strategy.
• Improve OEE, MTBF, MTTR, equipment reliability, and plant uptime
  .
• Drive TPM, Lean/Six Sigma, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support capital projects, automation, and equipment improvements
  .
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, employee safety, and regulatory standards
  .

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  .
• 15+ years of Maintenance, Engineering, or Manufacturing experience.
• 8+ years of leadership experience
  .
• Strong CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience.
• Proven Maintenance & Reliability leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success improving OEE, MTBF, MTTR, uptime, and maintenance costs
  .
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Six Sigma
  .
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance
  .
• Strong financial and project management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and employee safety
  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN
  .
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
