Maintenance Technician Facilities

Our client, the agricultural industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Facilities to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician Facilities, you will be part of the plant operations supporting the maintenance and safety of the facility. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Facilities

Location: Rushville, IN

Pay Range:$21

Shift: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Perform assembly and maintenance of corn husking beds and relevant equipment

• Support plant operations through corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance activities

• Maintain the condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools

• Assist with grounds and facility maintenance as needed

• Maintain detailed equipment records and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth maintenance workflows

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn mechanical concepts

• Reliable attendance and transportation to the work site

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work safely with ladders and lifts

• Willingness to work outdoors and in dusty environments
