Nucor Fastener Indiana is currently seeking an Electrician for its St. Joe, IN location to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize critical plant machinery on a 2-3-2 continental night shift. The ideal candidate will have at least a 2-year electrical degree or 3–5 years of industrial experience, strong PLC/motor control skills, and a commitment to upholding safety policies.
Work shift:
Longer Days, Fewer Workdays:
Because the shifts are 12 hours long, you only work 7 days out of every 14 days (totaling 84 hours over two weeks). Built-in Long Weekends:
Every other week, you get a full 3-day weekend off (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Night
Hours:
Because it is a night shift, your work hours run from dusk to dawn (7 PM to 7 AM), meaning your sleep and personal time center around daytime hours.
