The Custodian is responsible for cleaning campus buildings including: mopping, stripping and/or finishing floors, cleaning areas requiring use of ladder, operating heavy cleaning equipment, rodent and pest control and moving furniture or classroom building materials

Minimum Qualifications- Ability to climb ladders to reach high places including replacing ceiling light bulbs, move heavy furniture, lift heavy boxes (50 - 75 pounds), operate heavy cleaning equipment, and ability to mop extensive area.
- Possess organizational skills and ability to work well with others.
- Prior related job experience (1 - 2 years).
- Training or prior experience in use of cleaning equipment and job functions.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require visa sponsorship from the College, either now or in the future.
Schedule40 Hours/ 12 Months/ Monday - Friday
