Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a growing plastics manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production goals in a safe and efficient manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of two maintenance technicians and provide hands-on leadership in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of two maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Ensure equipment uptime and support production schedules.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Manage maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.
Essential Skills
- Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience in maintenance supervision.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
