Location: Indianapolis
American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Harcourt Terrace in Indianapolis, IN. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure all building systems meet safety and quality standards.
The role requires leadership, supervisory experience, and knowledge of electrical, heating and cooling systems. A high school diploma or GED is required; one year in institutional maintenance is preferred.
