Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–6:30 PM
Looking for a dependable weekday evening position where your work truly matters? Join our team at New Haven City Hall and help create a clean, polished, and welcoming environment for city staff and community visitors.
We’re looking for a reliable Cleaner who takes pride in quality work, maintains a professional image, and brings a positive attitude to every shift.
What you’ll do:- Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Keep the building neat, sanitary, and ready for the next business day
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks with care and attention to detail
- Help maintain the professional appearance of an important community building
- Age 18 or older with a valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional appearance, good hygiene, and a well-groomed presentation
- A positive attitude, dependable attendance, and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20 lbs. or more
