Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is hiring a motivated and dependable Part-Time Evening Janitorial Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe, and professional commercial facilities in Kendallville, Indiana.

This position offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule, paid training, employee bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

• $15.00 per hour

As a Janitorial Cleaner, you will be responsible for:

• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors and stairs
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Cleaning sinks, countertops, and break-room areas
• Restocking restroom, break-room, and common-area supplies
• Emptying trash containers and replacing liners
• Cleaning trash receptacles as needed
• Dusting desks, furniture, and other approved surfaces
• Maintaining clean and organized janitorial closets
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely
• Reporting supply shortages, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to your supervisor

• Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Able to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• Willing to learn proper cleaning procedures and product usage

• Acceptable criminal background check
• Acceptable drug screen
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location
• Valid driver’s license if assigned to clean multiple buildings
• Ability to routinely walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift or carry up to 30 pounds
