We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for a growing plastics manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production goals in a safe and efficient manner. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team of two maintenance technicians and provide hands‑on leadership in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and support a team of two maintenance technicians.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems.

• Ensure equipment uptime and support production schedules.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.

• Manage maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts inventory.

• Troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Experience in maintenance supervision.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.

• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitestown, IN.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Whitestown,IN.
