Summary

The Housekeeping Support Associate provides daily cleaning and maintenance of the Indianapolis Gallery to ensure a pristine guest experience. This role performs routine and deep-clean tasks, light exterior maintenance, and assists with upkeep of equipment and stock areas. The associate partners with the gallery team to uphold quality standards and deliver first-class service.

• Perform routine cleaning: vacuum floors, tidy rooms, remove trash, and restock pantries
• Polish furniture and deep clean rugs, floors, windows, and walls
• Deep clean and refresh restrooms
• Conduct light exterior maintenance and landscaping
• Assist with moving, organizing, and maintaining equipment and stock areas
• Build and maintain partnerships with gallery team members to support operations

• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to first-class service
• Mental flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; detail focused
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs using proper techniques
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room, and office; prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
