Marquis Commercial Solutions is seeking an Evening Floater to support our cleaning teams across Carmel, Indianapolis, and Fishers. The role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with shifts primarily 5pm–12am and pay starting at $15.50 per hour plus a $23.07 pay for phone.
As a floater, you’ll fill in at various buildings, respond to management requests, and may advance to an Evening Supervisor with strong performance. Attendance and reliability are essential in this position.
