Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, One weekend per month on-call rotation

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintains the facility to keep in good condition during the entire year as directed.

* Replaces light bulbs and performs all necessary repairs to the building, equipment, and

furnishings.

* Repairs, cleans, lubricates, and stores equipment, tools, and fixtures

* Performs preventive maintenance as assigned.

* Maintains written records and log books as assigned.

* Performs corrective maintenance as assigned.

* Performs written work order requisitions as assigned per the guidelines for completing

Hoosier Village work orders.

* Performs renovation maintenance to include cleaning, patching, scraping, painting, etc.

* Confers with the maintenance group leader and/or the director of environmental services regarding approaches to specific maintenance or repair problems.

* Unloads trucks, receives merchandise, and places that merchandise in a neat and orderly manner in assigned storage areas.

* Picks up supplies and/or equipment, as directed, from various local and out-of-town vendors.

What You'll Bring:

* 1-3 years experience in general maintenance

* HVAC Certification required

* Plumbing and/or electrical experience (certifications a plus)

* A strong work ethic and commitment to safety

* A team-player attitude and a desire to make a difference
