Pest Control Technician

Overview

Pest Control Technician positions at OPC Pest Services offer full-time employment with competitive wages, uncapped commissions, vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

• Competitive compensation – $40,000 to $65,000 base wage annually or more.

• Deliver high-quality pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to commercial and residential customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing pest management services.
• Develop and maintain records of field activities – service tickets, inspection reports, and service agreements.
• Partner with call center and office staff to schedule/reschedule services, prioritize work, and arrange service calls as necessary.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record; able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
• Preferred: experience in pest control or lawn services.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
