BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Make-Ready Technician to support apartment communities in Indianapolis, IN. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in preparing apartment homes for new residents and enjoy hands-on, detail-oriented work.

Position Overview

As a Make-Ready Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring vacant units are properly cleaned, repaired, and ready for move-in. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction by delivering high-quality, move-in-ready apartment homes.

Schedule & Compensation

* Schedule:

Monday through Friday

* Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with steady hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete full apartment turns (make-readies) from move-out to move-in

* Perform cleaning, light repairs, and touch-ups to prepare units for new residents

* Conduct punch work to ensure all details are completed to standard

* Report any larger maintenance issues to the appropriate team members

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools

* Ensure units meet company and property standards for quality and appearance

Qualifications & Requirements

* Previous make-ready, janitorial, or general maintenance experience preferred

* Ability to handle physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and light repairs

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

* Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team

* Ability to follow direction and complete tasks within set deadlines
