Lead the facility general maintenance team in installation and operation of general building systems;
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all general facility equipment, systems, and components;
Diagnose malfunctions in facility equipment, systems, or components and take corrective actions;
Maintain the hospital computerized maintenance management system with preventive maintenance orders and work orders;
Provide training on general facilities equipment and safety to maintenance team members
