Maintenance Technician - Indianapolis

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on all facility equipment
• Respond to production line breakdowns and restore operations with urgency
• Document completed work including logs, data reports, and maintenance procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, warehouse, and quality teams on maintenance needs
• Maintain shop organization, parts inventory, and full compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
• Forklift and scissor lift experience; ability to pass forklift and respirator fit tests
• Availability for overtime with minimal notice; dependable attendance record
