Maintain a safe, clean, sanitary environment in a professional and courteous manner;
Perform periodic project cleaning activities; strip and refinish floors, machine scrubs, recoating floors, high speed burnishing of hard surface floors;
Shampoo/extract carpet, clean upholstered furniture, wash lights/vents/diffusers/walls/ceilings/and windows;
Ability to be a leader and a trainer; operate safety equipment and maintenance as needed;
