Job Summary
Clean Team Inc. is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our evening cleaning team in
the Indianapolis area. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently,
takes pride in maintaining clean and professional environments, and values consistency and reliability.
In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility by performing
routine commercial cleaning tasks. Your work plays an important role in creating a positive environment
for employees and visitors while ensuring the facility is ready for the next business day.

Responsibilities  Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned work areas  Empty trash and replace liners  Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces  Replenish paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies  Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies  Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines  Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
 Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management
Qualifications
 Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
 Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
 Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods  Dependable attendance and punctuality
 Must be authorized to work in the United States  Must be willing to complete a criminal background check
 Drug screening and customer-specific requirements may apply at certain locations
