Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to provide evening

cleaning services for a municipal facility that includes the Town Hall and Police Department in

Cumberland, Indiana.

This position requires an individual who understands the importance of professionalism, confidentiality,

and attention to detail while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will play an

important role in ensuring public spaces, offices, and common areas are clean and ready for employees

and visitors each day.

We are looking for someone who works well independently, takes pride in producing quality results, and

can be trusted to consistently complete assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, public areas, conference rooms, and breakrooms

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas

Empty trash and replace liners

Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces throughout the facility

Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies as needed

Follow all site-specific procedures and security protocols

Properly secure work areas upon completion of assigned duties

Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management

Maintain cleaning equipment and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliable transportation

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Ability to lift, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods

Professional demeanor and respect for confidential work environments

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must be willing to complete a criminal background check

Drug screening and customer-specific requirements may apply at certain facilities
