Reliability Execution Lead
The Reliability Execution Lead contributes to the success of the plant by providing leadership around ensuring the consistent, reliable and efficient operation of the manufacturing lines. This role oversees preventative and predictive maintenance programs and drives equipment uptime and supports the planning and execution of maintenance days, overhauls and rebuilds. In addition to responsibilities including cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety for an entire location.
In this role, you will lead a team of team member employees within the facilities department.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, in engineering, maintenance
- Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project
- 5+ years of operations maintenance in manufacturing experience required
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Mechanical experience maintaining equipment
- Understanding of PLC programming preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Shown ability to excel in a results-oriented, challenging environment
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Safe driving record strongly preferred
