Lead the facility general maintenance team in the installation and operation of general building systems to provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff;
Diagnose malfunctions in the facility's general equipment, systems, or components and take corrective and preventative actions;
Contribute to the management of facility systems, including PM development, budgeting, system assessments, and life-cycle planning;
Assist in the temporary shutdown of facility equipment, systems, and electrical components for renovation, repair, and new construction projects;
Provide training on general facilities equipment and safety to maintenance and operations team members
