Maintenance Mechanic II

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Perform routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas
- Perform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures
- Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure
- Assist in maintaining proper levels of material/supplies
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of residential building maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC
- Effective communication skills
- Current EPA certification to handle refrigerants
- Capacity to lift 50 pounds, over 50 pounds- must use the aid of a hand truck or get assistance
- Ability to be on one's feet for long periods of time
- Valid driver's license if operating community vehicles
