Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Subject Matter Expert for night shift operations in our manufacturing facility. This role leads complex troubleshooting and repair of production and packaging equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and adherence to safety and quality standards. The Maintenance SME diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and PLC issues, performs preventive and predictive maintenance, and guides root cause analysis. You will mentor technicians, support continuous improvement projects, collaborate with operations on line changeovers, and help optimize maintenance plans to improve reliability and throughput.
