1st Shift Sanitation Associate – Indianapolis, IN

Partners Personnel is excited to partner with a leading client in Indianapolis, IN, in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented 1st Shift Sanitation Associate. If you take pride in keeping work spaces spotless and safe, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Sweep, mop, and disinfect floors, work areas, and restrooms to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Remove trash, recycling, and properly dispose of all waste materials.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and high-touch surfaces to promote workplace safety.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations consistently.
• Handle and store cleaning supplies responsibly and safely.
• Report any maintenance or sanitation concerns promptly to supervisors.
• Support general housekeeping tasks that help keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous sanitation or custodial experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong work ethic and attention to detail are key.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable and committed to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Ready to work first shift hours promptly and consistently.
