Maintenance Technician - Wylde at Eagle Creek

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to safety standards and code requirements;
Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and coordinating vendors;
Accesses and documents materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property maintenance department and tracks inventory;
Completes documentation and paperwork to track service requests effectively;
Maintains grounds and common areas, including pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and general cleaning
