Maintenance Associate

A typical Maintenance Associate's day might include:

• Complete make-ready checklists to ensure all apartment homes are ready for the new resident(s) resulting in a 5-star Google review.
• Help keeping our communities "picture perfect" by performing basic grounds maintenance, including landscaping, trash and debris pickup, weeding, mulching, and light seasonal snow removal (stocking cap included).
• Partnering with Service Technician(s) to complete work orders in occupied apartment homes.

• You are dependable, safety conscious and have general maintenance experience. Tell us where you picked up any knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical.

The salary range for this position is $ 18.00 to 23.00 per hour, depending on experience level and qualifications.
