In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a wide variety of systems throughout the resort. Your expertise will be essential in keeping our guest rooms

, and front‑of‑house areas running flawlessly, as well as maintaining vital back‑of‑house systems like the kitchen

, and HVAC systems.
As a Tech III, you'll be the key player in performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, using a state‑of‑the‑art Windows‑based computer system. You’ll work with cutting‑edge technology to keep our operations running seamlessly, ensuring both our guests and team members experience nothing short of excellence.
The pay rate for this position is $20.00-$24.00 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
Key Responsibilities- Shift coverage across various maintenance areas, requiring a keen eye for detail and quick troubleshooting abilities.
- Performing preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of all resort facilities.
- Utilizing Windows‑based systems to manage and track maintenance activities.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to aid in system repairs and improvements.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting life‑safety systems, guaranteeing guest and team member safety at all times.

Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
- Experience with life‑safety systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques.
- Proficiency with Windows‑based computer systems for maintenance tracking.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and reliable, with the ability to cover shifts as needed.
