The Engineering Tech I position is a General Maintenance Engineer role responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties throughout the resort, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, public areas, and front‑of‑house areas. You will conduct entry‑level preventative maintenance to keep guest rooms and public spaces in top condition. The role also includes assisting with basic repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment.

We’re seeking candidates with hands‑on experience or technical knowledge in general maintenance fields such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Success in this role requires strong problem‑solving and communication skills, a commitment to delivering excellent guest service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay rate for this position is $19.00–$20.00 hourly, based on experience and education.
