• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with guests, team members, and partners.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of AI-powered tools for market research and guest feedback analysis.
• Experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
