• Executive Chef

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Chinese and Indonesian cuisines
• Innovative and creative, with a keen eye on food trends and modern presentation
• Proficient in kitchen management, including:
• Menu costing
• HACCP implementation
• Business forecasting
• Active involvement in marketing initiatives and menu development
• Proven leadership with a collaborative approach to guide and motivate the kitchen brigade

• Chef de Partie - Bakery

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills in viennoiseries, pastries, and bakery production
• Passionate about product development and exploring creative baked goods
• Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining consistent quality
• Ability to support pre-opening setup and daily production operations
