As a Catering & Conference Service Manager
, you will be the key liaison between our clients and hotel operations, responsible for ensuring that every event, from an intimate board meeting to a grand gala, is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations. You will manage all aspects of planning, coordination, and delivery with a focus on service excellence, creativity, and financial performance.
- Plan, organize, and execute meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, and social events in line with brand standards.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring their vision is perfectly translated into reality.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments — banquet, culinary, AV, housekeeping, and security — to ensure smooth event operations.
- Conduct site inspections and pre‑event meetings with clients.
- Drive event revenue through creative upselling and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Handle feedback and ensure prompt post‑event follow‑up.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or international five‑star hotel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple events and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, polished appearance with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
