Planning, managing, monitoring, and evaluating food & beverage (F&B) operations across all BATIQA Hotel units, including F&B standards, cleanliness and sanitation, cost control, audits, and F&B promotions, with the aim of optimizing F&B revenue and ensuring consistent F&B standards throughout all hotel units.
RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or F&B
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar field
- Minimum 3 years of experience at a managerial level
- Updated knowledge of trends in the restaurant and food service industry
- Overseeing the revenue of the establishment and monitoring the budget
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with food promotions and creating signature menus
