Capstone Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ingleside, Texas. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the technician will oversee facility maintenance, respond to maintenance requests, and maintain tools and equipment. Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred, along with HV/AC certification.
This role requires the technician to be on-call for emergencies and to maintain a project log of site maintenance. The candidate should have a professional appearance and adhere to safety policies.
