Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

• Performs preventative maintenance and repair work on building and grounds.
• Performs preventive maintenance on location and equipment.
• Completes repairs as needed or requested.
• Assures all floor surfaces are clean and appropriately finished.
• Keeps garbage removed from building.
• Keeps walls and windows clean and in good repair.
• Keeps various work and storage rooms, tools, and supplies organized and clean.
• Picks up litter, ensures entry to building is clean.
• Maintains furniture, lighting, flags, and signs.
• Keeps sidewalks and entries clear.
• Documents all completed work and tests performed.

• General building / equipment maintenance experience helpful.
