Job Summary: Performs general custodial duties as assigned by the maintenance director or principal while following and complying with all District policies.

Job duties may include but are not limited to:

• General maintenance of building and grounds
• Ensures work is being done in compliance with all applicable codes
• Cleaning activities (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc)
• Assists in the accomplishment of maintenance of buildings and grounds
• Uses equipment properly
• Completes time and material reports as required
• Other duties as assigned
• Mowing
• Snow Removal
