Full-time Mon-Fri
Part Time-Sat, Sun, Mon
Hours:
8 am-4 pm
Pay per hour: $14-$17
Responsibilities- Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers
- Change filters on HVAC equipment
- Carry, lift, and stock supplies
- Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence
High school degree or equivalent and basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing, and carpentry.
