Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

Under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor, our client is looking for a reliable and detail-focused individual to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is essential to the daily operations of the facility—ensuring every space, from entryways to work areas, reflects a high standard of care and professionalism. The right candidate takes pride in their work, understands the impact of a well-maintained space, and approaches each task with consistency and attention to detail.

In this position, you’ll perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties using both powered and non-powered equipment. From routine upkeep to more thorough cleaning protocols, your efforts will directly support a healthy and organized environment for staff and visitors alike.

• Perform regular cleaning of floors, walls, counters, windows, doors, desks, and building exteriors in accordance with established standards
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring a consistently high level of hygiene
• Operate and maintain both powered and non-powered cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate materials for different surfaces and areas
• Monitor supply levels and report needs or concerns to the Janitorial Supervisor
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to all safety guidelines

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
