Responsibilities
- Perform residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises according to organizational standards and specifications.
- Provide a positive customer experience by ensuring and recording correct RF and signal levels within specifications before completion, reducing the likelihood of repeat calls and truck rolls.
- Maintain appropriate communication with leadership and dispatch, ensuring a highly productive route while sustaining performance metrics, safety, and time management.
- Educate customers on products and services, highlighting upsell opportunities to increase satisfaction.
- Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 0 (Entry Level).
- Maintain a satisfactory driving record and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Basic knowledge of ladder, hand, or power tools.
- Strong customer service, communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn new skills and problem–solve.
- Excellent time‑management and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Work performed in both climate‑controlled and non‑climate‑controlled environments, with exposure to heat, cold, dust, damp conditions, uneven surfaces, heights, and moving vehicles.
- Prolonged standing, walking, sitting, and driving required.
- Ability to safely climb and work from ladders for extended periods.
- Frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs and ladders, and using hands above and below shoulder level.
- Ability to bend, twist, kneel, squat, crawl, and maintain various body positions while performing fine motor tasks, forceful gripping, and limited keyboarding.
Base pay in Washington for this position is $20.00 - $29.40 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus, benefits, and commission where applicable. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay may vary based on skill, experience, and capabilities.
