Job DescriptionWork Schedule:
3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Monday–Friday; 255‑day work agreement year‑round.
- Cleans and maintains assigned rooms throughout the building.
- Assists in preparing the facility for evening and weekend activities.
- Secures the building and performs lock‑up duties.
- Utilizes computers to enter work orders, manage email, and submit timesheets and absences.
- Communicates with staff and community members using a two‑way radio and cell phone.
- Frequent lifting, bending, carrying, and moving items up to 50 lbs. (e.g., furniture, trash, bags of ice melt, snow removal).
- Effectively communicates both written and verbal.
$16.50 per hour
