Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Location: Dorchester
Job Title
Attached to the maintenance department, you will ensure the proper functioning of our production lines.
Your Missions:• Follow the preventive maintenance plan of your workshop and distribute tasks to experienced electromechanics, in collaboration with the maintenance team leader.
• Monitor and follow breakdowns.
• Ensure the supply of parts.
• Perform a follow-up report to the team leader.
• After an intervention on a machine, ensure the monitoring of the resumption of production of the machine.
• Follow the intervention sheets.
• Carry out troubleshooting at height.
• Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools used.
• Carry out interventions on Saturday, when production is stopped.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE guidelines.
• Perform a follow-up of the material life sheets and the GMAO.
• Carry out interventions and modifications in automation.
• Ensure the training of new employees in the maintenance service.
Contract:
Permanent contract in 2x8 and 10 weeks of nights per year
Profile Sought:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A diploma Bac pro/BTS in electromechanics or equivalent training.
- Relevant experience in the field of industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge in mechanics, electricity, fluids, energy, automation, welding, and sheet metal work.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
