Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

Azria Health Longview is hiring a Housekeeper Attendant.

Hours:

7:30‑3:30 pm or 9:00‑5:30 pm. The successful candidate will be part of a team‑oriented environment.

• Must be experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for detail and be aware of safety.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas.
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times.
• Remove trash and soiled linens. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to work as a team member and have a love for the residents.
• Solid work ethic, with quality customer service, and others in mind.
• Must be reliable, keep to schedule, and must be willing to learn.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Report any unsafe or unusual conditions to supervisor.
• Report directly to Housekeeping Supervisor with strong leadership skills.
• Complete job‑related tasks assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance Director.

• Have a proven record of making responsible decisions with the resident's best interest in mind at all times.
• Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effectively work with professional personnel from outside contractors.
• A proven history of relating well with residents and their families.
• Use caution in performing duties and maintain safe working practices.
• Proficient with cleaning supplies and chemicals and their uses.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning equipment, supplies, and common household cleaning devices such as brooms and mops.
• Must be clean, tidy, and appropriately dressed.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and family members.
