AT&T has an opening for a Facility Technician to support the Light House Program, providing 24x7x365 support.

• This position is part of a small team that supports our customer to ensure readiness, reliability, and survivability of facilities during emergencies or crises such as natural disasters and national emergencies.
• Work entails 12‑hour rotating shifts as well as callouts and temporary assignments in response to disaster recovery requirements.
• Maintain certification and proficiency with HAZMAT type PPE equipment and operations.
• Support a 7×24×365 readiness posture, which could include extended periods of time in potentially hazardous environments.
• Maintain critical network operations support for facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine and interim maintenance on all facility equipment.
• Provide escort services during contractor visits.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental laws.
• Aid site management for projects in the facility.
• Maintain required qualifications and special certifications as mandated by AT&T.

Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building/facility mechanics and electrical systems.
• Experience with building infrastructure equipment, including but not limited to generators, power distribution units (PDU), uninterruptible power systems (UPS), automatic transfer switches (ATS), HVAC, etc.

Our Senior Specialist Facility Technician earn between $46,600 and $99,400. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
